Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
We do not offer refunds if you change your mind. If you feel that you have not received the item that you have ordered, we will gladly exchange the item. Items are to be returned unopened in their original packaging. We will offer a refund if in the rare chance the product is damaged or faulty (excluding balloon decorating). You will need to provide a photo via email or bring/send the item back into the store within 7 days of receiving your order. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you contact us after this time. Returns, refunds or exchanges are not accepted on sale items. A purchase of a item on sale is final.
Balloons that are damaged or destroyed in our care are replaced at our cost. We will not be held responsible for any costs incurred for balloons that have been damaged or destroyed during or after they are in your care or your venue’s care.
Balloon decorating that is cancelled within 7 days of the job date will incur a 20% cancellation fee as we will have purchased stock and blocked out a period of time to deliver the decor.
